About the practice

The practice is fully computerised. We can provide you with full quotations for treatments required. We can also provide quotations for optional treatments you may be considering, for example tooth whitening or custom made sports gum shields.

We maintain a strict cross infection protocol. Where possible we use disposable items- gloves, aspirator (sucker) tips, air drying tips, cups, needles, root canal files, tooth polishing cups, matrix bands. We have a dedicated decontamination room in order to sterilise our instruments, this room contains special equipment to disinfect and sterilise any reusable instruments. We comply with the HTM 0105 regulations from the department of health.

The x-ray machines are digitally linked directly to the computer so not only does the image appear instantly on the computer screen it also reduces the dose you are exposed to. As X-rays are an essential part of the dentists equipment it is comforting to know that we are keeping doses as low as possible.

The premises are fully air conditioned so if the thought of dental treatment brings you out in a hot sweat or a cold shiver we can adjust the temperature accordingly!

The premises conform to the disabled discrimination act. We are totally ground floor level with full wheelchair access. We have a mobile hearing aid loop, please let us know if you would like to make use of it.
There are parking spaces immediately in front of the practice for blue badge holders.

There is ample car parking around the town and we are fortunate that this is free. We have baby changing facilities.
